Question PC keeps randomly crashing while in-game

So i will go with this one since that's the oldest thing in my pc ( GPU GTX 1080ti Zotac AMP )

Whenever i play Lost Ark at some random point, my PC crashes. Sometimes only game crashes, sometimes entire PC. It could be 2 min, it could be 5h literally random. AND only happens when i play this game ( I've tried in CSGO, PUBG, DOTA no crash ) tried those games on ULTRA to stress test GPU. I will try with another similar game on Ultra just to be sure.
On PC, everything is latest installed ( gpu drivers, mobo chipset, cpu chipset etc )Still not updated latest BIOS but i guess i will do that also. Just to mention, im playin Lost Ark with ExitLag VPN cos or region restriction. I have few Mini/Crash dumps to provide here if needed.

CPU : Ryzen 9 - 3900x @4.3ghz
GPU : GTX 1080ti Zotac
MOBO : MSI X570 Gaming Plus
RAM : GSKILL TRIDENT 2x16gb @3600mhz
PS : Corsair TX850M
CPU Cooler : Corsair H100i Pro XT
Windows 10 latest build : 21H2

Worst thing is, that i was playin this game without any problems for the past 4-5 days and ever since i've installed multiple VPN apps, this started to happen. Mybe i've caught some random malware or smth .... But anyways, i will install latest BIOS version just to be sure. Should i go for Stable Version or Beta?
