Well if you have an 80gb HDD i'm guessing it's quite old. Is it showing any errors? Have you ever run a disc check?

The 660 ti is also getting a bit old, it could have degraded slightly. I would try either lowering its core clock a bit or increase the core voltage a bit, with something like msi afterburner.

I think my HDD is fine. This is my hackintosh build so I just spent a low end disk to install windows and cs go. I previously had a R7 265 and the game runs flawless. Changing vcore is not available in Kepler line without modding the BIOS...
