My spec is the following: cpu:intel core i5 4460 , mobo: gigabyte z97p d3 , ram: ocz gold pc12800 1600 Mhz 8g 4x2GB , Gpu: asus amd radeon hd 5970 , psu super flower 650 80 plus bronze . So far with auto settings in bios only 3 dimms work(no matter the order of slots). If we install the fourth one the pc keeps rebooting. We have tried the following manual settings: 1666 memory frequency and 1333 both at 1.68 volts, we have also raised the vcore voltage up to 1,375 and the cpu clock ratio is at 32(3,2Ghz).In that case the fourth dimm works as well but only 6GBs of rams are detected. We have removed all unecessary devices. Can anyone help?Thank you for your time.

The mobo is brand new. I bought it on the 1st of October 2015. No, I did not overclock the CPU or RAM.

Well, from experience, OCZ products are not highly recommended. If you want to be 100% sure try running a Memtest x64 for around 10+ hours (most prefer to do it during the night... for obvious reasons). This should give you a clear view as to whether your RAM is faulty or not, which I reckon they will.

Hope this helps!

I have tried each stick individually and it works on default settings. The weird behavior starts when I try to install all 4 of the dimms. The default settings make the system unstable, but I've managed to get it to boot with some tweaking. However it only shows 6 of the total 8GB of RAM .One DIMM is not detected - doesn't matter which one as long as I install it last.

Do u mean my ram is defective and i need to buy another? I think i have to set the correct values in voltage and timings.
