Question PC keeps rebooting randomly after upgrade

So I upgraded my pc recently,

Currently using the following parts:

1) Asus tuf gaming b650 E wifi
2) Ryzen 7800 x3D
3) nvidea 3060
4) Asus tuf gaming psu 850 watt
5) corsair vengeance ram ddr5 32gb

I’m running windows 11. I have all drivers for windows, nvidea and amd chipset

I also updated my bios

PC restarts randomly without bsod. Sometimes while gaming, sometimes when I try to install something when I’m opening the basic nvidea 3D

I even downloaded pc doctor and it passed all checks

Tested various benchmarks.

When it restarts, the pc gets a little loud, ( same level of noise when it boots up) but all my temp is fine.

Can anyone please help me troubleshoot this issue? All parts I mentioned are new and out of the box except for the gpu

I tried factory resetting my pc it didn’t help.

I was using a 650 w psu before so I thought switching to 850 w would help. It still restarts.

What is your RAM exactly (clock and timing)? Do you run it with default values or do you enable expo? 90% of the time when a PC randomly reboots like that it's a RAM instability issue and the X3D chips are particularly sensitive to this.

Just to get it out of the mix remove the gpu and connect to the igp....test.
