My pc keeps rebooting after 2 secs. And on for 2 secs till I unplug.
I've tried reaseating the ram use 1 stick blow slots use other sticks in other slot and also I tried the cmos jumper and it wouldn't even boot when I had the pin installed. I had it powered on and connected the jumpers on the motherboard. It stayed off until I let go. Also tried reaseating the cables. And connecting more Hdds and disk drives. Nothing worked. No pins bent and tried removing and replacing the cmos battery. No luck. I also have no paste under the cooler but when I turn on the pc and let it turn on a few times and remove the fan CPU is cold. Plugged in a keyboard and it lights up. I have a coolermaster 520w modular power supply. With. A led on the back. When I turn it on with cable Inserted the led doesnt turn on. When pc Is turning on it is blinking for about 0.1 sec and turning off while pc is on. Help me please

Could be. I just tried the "paperclip" trick and the psu is no longer powering on. I did get a video that the psu was spinning without stopping from the seller. Green+black on the same row and one pin is missing.......

do you have access to a friend's PC to check parts on? I've had the issue you are describing twice...once it was the CPU cooler not being plugged in and therefore the fan not spinning up and cooling the CPU...it would thermal shut down the system after about 2 or 3 seconds because the CPU was overheating. the other time was a bad PSU. What type of CPU and motherboard?

I have decided to sell the worthless thing so I can buy an older 2th gen i3. Or buy an 1151 new board. I've bought 2 boards from gigabyte within an year and all ware dead when I got them. Though the sellers said they worked. One with an Pentium 1151 and now an 1150. I'm never buying gigabyte again instead I'll buy Asus or asrock.
