I recently cleaned my pc with the usual compressed air can and a small anti static cloth. The steps I took to start cleaning was (of course) turn it off and unplug it. I took off the panels, removed my GPU, and proceeded to undust everything. I took out my hard drives and undusted those too, I plugged them back in with their correct SATA cables. Put the GPU back and secured it.
Now I'm ready to start playing my games again. Go to turn on my computer and it's on for about 10 seconds before it shuts off. Then turns on for another 10 seconds and repeats while nothing appears on my monitor at all.

ChumP, I didn't move the ram at all when I cleaned. And would it even be possible for just cleaning the ports to fix a boot loop? Only asking because I dont want to mess those up as well accidentally if it's not.

Removed everything from the motherboard except fans, CPU, and RAM. Removed motherboard battery for 2 minutes. Put it back. Reset CMOS. Reset computer. Turn off computer. Put everything back. It works. I dont know what happened so fixed?
