Question Pc keeps resetting ram speed

I’ve just recently installed 2 new sticks of ram, with the same specs as my current ram sticks, them being 3200mhz and cl 16. Whenever I try to set my ram speed in the bios to 3200 and restart, the pc reboots twice than resets the ram speed to 2166mhz
