Hi people!

Specs:
Intel i7-4770
Gigabyte H87-HD3
8GB corsair vengeance 1600
Evga gtx970 SC
Corsair TX550M

My PC suddenly started reseting at random times, sometimes even before the MoBo splash. It keeps turning on and off non-stop until I cut the power from the PSU.

First I thought it was a falty HDD as the boot file of my windows 7 is in a HDD that is SMART alerting for more than an year, but I'm too lazy to change it to the normal HDD.

I already took off both HDDs and GPU, changed the RAM(I only have one stick) to other slots and the problem persisted.
In the rare times it stayed on long enough for me to go to the BIOS screen I looked at the PSU voltages and they were apparently fine.

I noticed a huge dust bunny on the clear CMOS contacts, cleaned it, cleared the CMOS just to be sure, the PC resetted 3 more times and then booted. The graphics card was still disconnected.

The CPU temps are fine. After it booted I checked HWmonitor and stressed it, and the max I got was a very safe 77C.

After that, I connected back the GPU, only for the PC to reset again.

Removed the GPU once again, the PC booted as before, but when I opened the drawer of my desk that its on it instantly rebooted.

My hypothesis are bad GPU, falty MoBo or dying PSU, but I don't know how to pinpoint the source.

What can it be or what can I do to pinpoint the source of the problem?
