PC KEEPS RESTARTING after bios update

I did a intel express bios update after that it pc keeps restarting even before the bios splash screen


When i first run the update utility it shows unsupported legacy bios or something then i run it as administrator . Then it worked but stuck in this bootloop.
Motherboard is intel DH77EB
I removed all ram stick then no beep sound it still restart
I removed cmos battery for hours but nothing worked

Please help....

1| Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS?
2| Have you verified that the BIOS was meant for your motherboard?
3| Can you please share the link off of which you downloaded the BIOS file? If it was unsupported, you should've tried manually updating the BIOS via the BIOS pre-boot screen using a flash drive with the .BIO file onboard it.

There is high possibility that your system can be recovered using the recovery tool bundled with Intel's boards.
