Question PC keeps restarting not even getting a chance to load bios or anything

I tried to OC my i9 and ram and now it's stuck in a constant reboot I have a i9 9900k with 2 16gb 3000mhz Corsair ram a 1080ti founders edition gpu on a asrock z370 killer Mobo water cooled and powered by a 750w evea pay any help would be greatly appreciated

You have to unplug your computer from the power. Press for like 1-2 seconds the power button. Then remove the CMOS battery for 5-10 mins then install the battery again and power on your computer. This will restore the bios to default values so it will undo your overclock too.
