This started occurring about a year ago and when I am watching YouTube in full screen, it simply restarts and i lose all my progress on the video and everything closes and also my PC runs really slow, this happens very frequently and it is extremely annoying, when i am not in full screen it usually crashes and gives me an error code saying "CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT".
If anyone has an answer please tell me
(P.S: I can fix most things to do with apps and other stuff, but i cannot seem to fix this)
(P.P.S: I am only 13 years old, so go easy on me!)

Solution

Your Windows version is 1709 (Build 16299)

Disable 'Fast Startup'
Go to All settings->System->Power & sleep->Additional power settings.
Click on 'Choose what the power button do' link
Click on 'Change settings that are currently unavailable' link...
Can you follow option one on the following link - here
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it :)

Solution

hello again.
my pc just had another reboot when i was playing a game on a website in fullscreen, i believe whenever it is in some sort of fullscreen mode it reboots... could that be it?

Some systems do not support the 'Fast Startup' feature.
I had to disable it and if you have a SSD I think is not necessary.
