Question Pc keeps restarting.

Pc randomly restarts during a game or even when just browsing. And it sometimes just freezes and I have to hard restart the pc.
Specs:
CPU : R5 3600
GPU : RX 5700XT RED DEVIL
RAM: 16GB 3200MHZ
PSU: CORSAIR 650W GOLD

how old is the PSU ??
No motherboard ?? is it on the latest bios ??

Mobo: b450 tomohawk max
PSU : I rma my pay for a new one, so it's new.
The bios is up to date
