Question PC keeps restarting ?

I've got this problem for almost 2 weeks now. If i don't run any game background pc just restarts in couple mins , sometimes even under a min , sometimes it takes up to 5 mins.

i7 3770
Gtx 1060 3gb
16GB ram
psu chieftec i-arena 750w

That cheap PSU may be the cause, it's not suitable for a gaming rig in my opinion.

it's been working well for couple years. My thought is psu aswell but there is one more thing. the room , where i have this setup right now , does not have any heating so the room is cold and when i checked temperatures on cpu it did not go above 26C
