Pc Keeps Shuting Down After Some Minutes From Turning On

My Pc Just Keeps SHUTTING DOWN after some minutes from turning it on
I Tryed To Keep It I BIOS mode In idle To see if it a system issue but its keep turning off while it in BIOS mode and i tryed also to test every ram
I Hope Some One Can Help Me
