It's been a month since I built a pc by my self. It was running perfectly till yestarday. I shut it off normally. Now, when I powered on my pc today, it starts normally and the log screen shows up, I type in my password/pin and it goes to my desktop but after about 5 seconds a weird cmd prompt type screen pops up for a secondsl and my pc says shutting down and shuts down. I opened it up in safe mode and it works fine. Cleaned my pc(it was that dirty but anyways)

Please Help!!

Hello valkyr_

While in Safe Mode, can you please type MSCONFIG in the Cortana search box and hit Enter. From the System Configuration box, go to the Boot tab and uncheck the Safe boot kbox.

Once done, click OK and restart the PC.

If the issue persists, from the Safe Mode itself, please Create a New Administrator Account, log in to your PC using the new account, and see if the issue is resolved.

Cheers!!
