so my specs are:
Asus Z87-Pro
16GB Gskill RAM
i5-4670k
GTX 780 GPU
900watt PSU
so I built my pc about a month ago and had no problems but recently when I power it down the next time I boot up it keeps shutting down and booting up in like 5sec intervals, when I unseat the ram and put it back in it boots up. I have ran the windows memchk and it says the ram is good so I could use some help please

You can't really test your memory with Windows running. Download memtest86+ as an iso image, burn it to a CD and boot from this to test. Allow it to complete at least one full pass, which will take at least an hour.

Saying that though, your power supply seems like a more likely culprit. What is the brand and model of your power supply?

sorry about that the Brand is Antec also forgot to mention the PC is now freezing up under no stress

It is a very good supply, and rated much higher than you require with a single GTX 780 card.
That doesn't mean the power supply isn't faulty of course, but at least we've ruled out a rubbish supply.

RAM issues would usually cause a blue screen of death rather than a freeze. Temperature issues could cause windows to freeze or shut down. Maybe use some software to display CPU temp.

It is always a good idea to install the latest driver too of course.
