[SOLVED] Pc Keeps Shutting Down And Restarting! HELP!

My PC has recently started to shut down after 5-10 minutes of booting up and then it restarts automatically. I have disabled the automatic restart option but the problem still remains. The PC does not overheat. I do not play games at all nor do I use any other applications so I just surf the internet. Please Help...

CPU: INTEL Core i5 - 3470
MOBO: Some old HP motherboard
RAM: 8GB DDR3
Graphics Card: NVIDIA Quadro FX 1800
HDD: HITACHI 2TB

Would suspect the power source first. Try to find another and try the PC with it.
