I built my PC about a month ago and since then I have occasionally had issues with it shutting down on its own then continuing to try and reboot a number of times.

I checked the event viewer and keep seeing the same critical error
"A problem has occurred with one or more user-mode drivers and the hosting process has been terminated. This may temporarily interrupt your ability to access the devices.
and
"The device HID-compliant headset (location (unknown)) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 4 more times. Please contact the device manufacturer for more information about this problem."

After this happens and I finally get my PC back on it will continue to shut off unexpectedly with another critical error message
"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

My headset is a HyperX Cloud 2 which worked fine on my old PC and laptop.

Specs: Gigabyte X570 Gaming X, AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, GeForce RTX 2080, 1TB SSD, 16 Gb DDR4

1)If you carried over you old C drive, did you reinstall Windows afterwards? Do so, if you haven't already.

2)Check the product support webpage for your headset. Are there any Windows 10 compatible drivers available?

3)Make and model of the power supply?

I did not have this problem on other pcs that were also windows 10
Were any of them Ryzen builds? And they also work with your headset?

Run a Windows DISM and system scan: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026529/windows-10-using-system-file-checker
This is to rule out any missing or corrupt Windows drivers.

Aside from that, the other possible causes of sudden shut offs/restarts are:
-Power supply: Powerspec appears to be the Microcenter brand, but I'm not familiar with it, so I don't know how good it is.

-Memory defect: this can be ruled out via Memtest86: https://www.memtest86.com/
This test can take a few hours, so I'd suggest sleeping over it.

I ran the tests and nothing is wrong with windows or the memory.
But to answer your question the other PCs were not Ryzen builds

Reset CMOS. It's in the motherboard manual, if you don't know how.

What's your cpu cooler, by the way?

If resetting CMOS doesn't change anything, take the cpu out and check for bent/broken pins.
Ive already confirmed its the headset
And cpu cooler is a dual fan evga AIO, I forget exact specs but its more than enough
