[SOLVED] PC keeps shutting down while trying to install windows

So I bult a PC recently and after 3 weeks just trying to get it to display something on a monitor I finally got it todo that, I am pretty sure my GPU is broke so I am tring to get a replacement but mean while I have my old one in. So I figured might as well get it all set up meanwhile and have something to use for now.

I finally booted up my PC and it has my old hard drive with windows on it, worked fine then bam shutdown no reason and the next time it booted up it suggested to reinstall windows so I started the process and now I am stuck in a loop of "the computer restarted unexpectedly". I have tried most the things I could find on google and no luck so far. Also sometimes it will shut down if I move or click my mouse or type something on my keyboard. It is 100% fine though when I am in my BIOs screen. So any recommendations?

Mobo: MSI Z390 A-Pro
Processor: Intel I7-9700KF @3.60hrz
Memory: Anarchy X DDR4 16GB 2x8GB
Hard Disk: WD 1tb
Power Supply: Corsair CX750M

That would be my first suspect. It's not officially supported by your motherboard at least: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/Z390-A-PRO#support-mem-3

Another thing to check would be to take the cpu out and check the mobo socket for any bent/broken pins.

Thank you I didnt even think to check for a site like that and that means neither of my ram cards are compatible which means I need to find some that are
