PC keeps suddenly rebooting

I have just put together the finishing pieces of my build and experienced multiple reboots after playing bf4 for a couple of hours. In the middle of an online game the screen just suddenly went black and pc proceeded to reboot. Then in the process of rebooting (Windows and log in screens) the pc would power off again and restart. It did this probably 3 or 4 times. Then i got to the event log and the d@mn thing did it again. Finally just shut it down for about 15 minutes and turned it back on. Got further to do some stress test with prime95 and Kombuster. Temperatures for cpu and gpu never went over 70 and then it suddenly crashed again doing the tests. While looking through event log and other settings it will keep shutting down at random.

I looked at the event logs and saw an event 41 for the power failure and then another I am not sure what it is. It is an application 1000 error for igfxcuiservice.exe and faulting the application path. Have no idea if that has anything to do with my crashes, but I was leaning toward a bad psu. Any suggestions for any other checks to be sure its the psu would be greatly appreciated.

My build is as follows:

CPU: Intel i5-4690k
CPU Cooler: CM hyper evo 212
Mobo: MSI z97 gaming 5
RAM: 2 x 4 GB Kingston HyperX Fury 1866 DDR3
SSD: 120 GB Samsung 840 Evo
HDD: WD 1 TB Blue
Video Card: EVGA GTX 780ti sc acx
Case: CM Storm Scout 2
PSU: Corsair RM750
Optical Drive: LG Blu-ray reader; CD DVD reader/writer
OS: Windows 8.1
Fans: 8 Total; 1 cpu, 3 connected to mobo, 4 connected to psu

I think it's u'er harddrive same thing happened to me with my PC.I have changed the hdd and now no reboots!
also check if u'er pc is not in a magnetic field... like a big speaker is placed on the side of u'er system?

I'm not completely sold on the hdd since the only thing thats on it are games, and I'm not accessing it when it is rebooting besides the first time it did. As far as magnets go, I did put on two dust covers on the outside side fan grills and they hold onto the case magnetically. But they are more like a refrigerator type magnet and don't seem strong enough to cause any trouble. Plus I searched the reviews and none of them showed history causing power failures.

That application error now makes sense since another error was the intel hd graphics crashing but that wouldn't matter considering I am using the 780ti.

The problems didn't start till after I installed the 780ti and started stressing the system with bf4. Never had a crash with the system in the two weeks I was using it before I installed the graphics card. So I'm still leaning towards a faulty psu and changing it out unless there is any other suggestions.

It seems its just giving me that intel graphics error whenever the pc is booting and doesnt happen anytime right before the system shuts down. Had it shut down last night, booted it up this morning and didn't shut down until I started stressing it with prime95 and kombuster. The psu is the rm series which has a quiet fan performance where it doesn't turn on unless its over 40% load, but I have never seen the fan spin. I was watching it during the stress test untill it shut down and it didn't turn on.

I would think that I am pushing over 40% load whenever I am stressing it as both gpu and cpu are at 90 to 100% power load. So my thinking is still a defective power supply unless there is anything else to check.
