Question Pc keeps turning off in the first 10 seconds

CPU- AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-core, 16-Thread

Power supply - EVGA SuperNOVA 850 Ga, 80 Plus Gold 850W

Cooler- Noctua NH-D15 chromax

GPU - Gigabyte ASUS TUF Gaming NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080

im not etirely sure what i did wrong but my pc keeps turning off. It shows the window loading sign when i turn it kn then just randknly shuts off. Or it loads me onto the login part and as soon as i login it aldo shuts off.

EDIT: I was able to download a game and play it before it turned off. I downloaded rust and the main menu and game was laggy. I was running 2-3 literal frames.

Nope temps are fine they are at 30-50. When i was able to be on for more than 10 seconds i checked tasK manager think it was where it shows you how well everrythings running the ssd cpu ect.... were all at 1-2% they werent spiking up at all.

EDIT: The top left was warm at first but thats because we put the cooler the wrong way but then fixed that now everythings fine. Glass isnt warm everything feels cool.
