Question PC keeps turning on and off repeatedly

I bought and ibuypower Trace 930 about 3 years ago, when I 1st bought it I had the change the PSU because it only came with a 500 watt PSU and at times when playing games the GTX 1060 caused the PC to pull more power and resulted in it shutting off. I upgraded the PSU to an EVGA 700 watt 80+Bronze and that solved the initial problem for the 3 years till today, my PC suddenly starts to come on and off again. I tested all other hardware components and they seem to be working fine. I made the decision to buy another PSU so I did an EVGA 700 watt 80+ Gold. But the the problem still persists. The system specs are below I do not know the exact model of my motherboard but I suspect it's from the ASUS Prime series:

Yes it boots to windows and goes all the way to desktop, works for a while and then randomly reboots it's self......other times it keeps power cycling

Update:

PSU, RAM replaced and the windows was reloaded but the problem still persists.

Only thing left is the motherboard and GPU
