Everytime I shutdown my pc it keeps turning itself back on during like 2-3 seconds. Tried unplugging all external devices and monitor but it turned on anyways. Also I turned off wake on lan.
Last thing I tried was to turn on the pc and shutting it down using windows shutdown button and before that I removed the power sw connector to test if the connector is shorting pc and turning it back on. I'm assuming the problem is in bios settings or in the motherboard itself but I'm not 100% sure.
