Question PC keeps turns off after several minutes

After several minutes of using my PC it automatically turns off, could you please help.

Here's my specs :

PROCESSOR
Intel Core2 Quad Processor Q9550 12M Cache , 2.8GHz LGA 775

MOTHERBOARD
GIGABYTE GA-EP43T-UD3L

PSU
MASTERWATT LITE 600 230V

GPU
ASUS GTX 750 2GB

RAM
1 : kingston 1600 4GB DDR3
3 : ATERMITER 1600 4GB DDR3

STORAGE
1 : SAMSUNG HARDDRIVE 1TB
1 : KINGSTON SSD 256GB

What kind ow shutdown is it? Is it like a doalog where it says "your system will be shut down in [counter] seconds"?
Or does it just cut all power in a snap w/o any warning ?
