Pc lag and loud fan

Is my CPU dying, cause recently when i play game my CPU fan is like so loud(Stock fan) and sometimes it just lag out for 3 seconds or this is cause by my GPU ? .. I bought everything new on 10 APRIL 2016. Is my computer dying already after 2 years

Hi baichijialoveu96! I’ve calculated the power consumption of your PC and it is around 300-350 watts. This is fine for your power supply.

Your graphics card is quite a fast card for gaming and will not cause stuttering I don’t think.

Your cpu is a tiny bit slow for gaming but still should do the trick and you have plenty of RAM.

One issue is that the stock fan for that CPU and for most CPUs is not designed to cool the CPU that well. It is very loud and does not do a good job of keeping the processor cool. That may cause stuttering because your CPU is trying to keep itself from overheating by reducing its own performance.

Can I ask what game you are playing and what settings you are using? (Resolution, graphics settings). Also can I ask what PC case you have? This might affect temperatures.

I play GTA 5 csgo and pubg , all are smooth on custom setting but it will freeze my game for 1-3 seconds after hours of playing and this lag just happens.I don't get this issue before
I'm using Cooler master N400

Did you clean all the coolers and fans in your system including CPU fan-cooler, GPU fan and cooler, any existing filters if present on your case? 2 years is a long time for dust to cover your all filters and cooers which greatly reduces the air flow thus cooling efficiency.

That’s not a bad case for airflow to be honest. I also recommend just opening it up and removing as much dust as you can. Even if it’s not near the CPU cooler, a large lump can drift upwards and block airflow pretty easily.

That’s a very taxing game and would bring improperly cooled components to their knees.

You could try getting another cooler such as a http://. This will keep your CPU much cooler than the stock heat sink and also cool components like your VRMs better. This will most likely cure the stuttering if the dust clean out doesn’t work.
