[SOLVED] pc lag

im upgrading my pc from:

AMD ryzen 5 2400G
zotac 1060 6gb
msi a320 pro vds
2 x 8 patriot 2400 mhz
PSU 600 W silverstone 80+bronze

to:
ryzen 5 3600
rtx 2070 super
gskill trident z 8x2 3200 mhz
aorus b450 elite
PSU 600w silverstone 80+ bronze
(still the same psu)

but after reinstall windows when i boot up with new setup the pc seems so laggy and when i switch back to my old vga (gtx 1060) everyting seems normal and it doesnt lag at all what was the problem? thanks

I would think you just need a better PSU not bronze but still 600

and the lag its not just in game but also in desktop or when i open some app its kinda slow to open it

well you have not answered the first question how old is it ??
we using win 10 ??
you could try installing o&o shutup enable actions recomended and somewhat works well
HDD or SSD ??

hmm i think the psu is around 3yrs
okay ill try

SSD for OS
HDD for apps
