i need help, my pc starting to lag after im doing 3d rendering (sketchup 2016 + vray) the night before, while im rendering the 3d, my pc starting to turn off then i open the case so my pc can breathe more until i finish rendering.

problem come up when i trying to play game (pes 2018) which is not that heavy game, its usually run smoothly but then my pc starting to very lagging and my gpu fan make weird noises.

my question is, is there any broken components on my pc? im using avg pc tune up and it doesn't show any problem whatsoever. and is there any way to check my pc health?

my pc spec are: windows 10 pro, msi 970 gaming, fx 8350, r9 380 4gb gpu, ddr3 corsair vengeance 2x4gb, hdd 1tb, ssd 120gb, seasonic s12II 620 watt

thanks in advance

The problem can be caused by a few things:
My best advice is to run HDD Sentinel and check your disk for any bad sectors or bad health that could cause shut downs
After that you should install Aida64 and run stress test on everything including ram and gpu while monitoring temeprtures.
Cpu temp should not go above 75C and gpu above 85C.

I had a problem a long time ago with a am3+ motherboard that when i turn on my pc everything lags and when i restart it its okey.
It ended up being a problem with the motherboard but there is a verry little chance to be the same for you .

okay i'll post the result after i carry the test

here is my results on hdd sentinel
