Hey bros I have a pc with these specss
core i5 2400
8 gigs of ram ddr3
gtx 960 2gb
350 watt 80+ psu
320 gb hardrive ( 7.2k rpm) and 160 gb ( 7.2k rpm)
windows 7

so recently my pc started lagging so i ran all tests but nothing found so my friend said run hardware senital so i ran the test my both hardisks were of 100% health but one hardisk was showing 0 (zero) read and write speed in disk performace while other one was showing fine speed so what is the problem plzz can someone help me out , is my hardisk dead :(

Probs not your hdd, you can use crystaldiskinfo to see if you have dead drives, but I dont think it would work at all if they were. Strange, have you thought about getting an ssd and then a 1tb normal drive?

EDIT: Maybe even upgrade to win 10, I think you can still upgrade for free, its just not avertised
