pc lagging withouth reason

Hello i have an pc that i bought some months ago and 2 days ago it started LAGGING ( like every games run's on 5 fps ( before it was 150-200) and the whole comp lags ( when i write or click on something it sometimes doesnt even click)

I have 8 GB ram...
Intel Core i3 3.3ghz
Nvidia Geforce 440 2gb
and a strong HDD ( forgot how strong ) and SUDDENLY it began lagging for no reason ( even rolled some Anvitiruses / anti malewares still didnt fix . Any Suggestions please??

i don't know what game you were playing...but 150-200 fps with a gt440 is strange

as for the lagging part...open your task manager and see what is eating up your resources.

also keep an eye on the temps

What game were you playing that was able to run up to 200 fps with i3 and 440?

Try checking how much space you have left on your main harddrive as this can sometimes slow down pcs

i was playing league of legends 150-200 fps and coer strike with 100-150 fps
in the task manager i have 70 proceses with an 38-40 cpu usage and 25% memory
this LAG problem is only when i haveany internet connection ... without any connection it works Perfect!
Could it be the Windows the problem?? i didnt buy it .. but never had such problems on any of my pcs

what anti-virus or anti-malware software did you use???

network only lag seems to me like a spyware problem

avg + bitdefender and avast ( tried every 1 of them) instealled 1 uninstalled the other

do not use more than 1 anti virus software.....using a reliable one is the best option (just 1)
