[SOLVED] Pc lagging

I bought a pre built pc and I’ve have to replace the psu to a rx-500 rx and replaced my rx580 t a 1060 because my rx580 got messed up somehow and so I recently bought the 1060 thinking everything was going to work correctly and it did for a little bit then everything started to be slow even out of game and in game very low fps what could be causing this to happen

Did you remove prior GPU drivers when you're replacing cards?

Use DDU in safemode to remove all prior traces and reinstall the latest driver for the 1060.

It works fine when I put in new hard ware or new gpu then overnight or if I get off for 75% of the day it starts to load everything slowly and slowly gets into games and takes a long time to load

What type of Storage Drive are you trying to load information from (SATA SSD, NVMe SSD, HDD)? It may have to do with the quality or age of your drive.

No I did not but I know for fact that is not the problem

Also during game when it starts to mess up the gpu use is extremely low

And I did a complete factory reset on my pc and reinstalled windows
