Hi. My computer started to be pretty slow a few days ago. Sometimes the whole system just laggy (while typing etc.) but mostly while playing League of Legends for example. I had 200fps before, now I have 30/40. Nothing changed. Any solutions?:S

No, I'm using Windows 10 since the release. Everything was working fine until now...

Motherboard: asrock 960gm-vgs3 fx

Psu: cooler master 600W

That motherboard is unsuitable for gaming with that CPU. It is a 2x2+1 phase board (at best) and lacks heatsinks on the VRMs. Gaming on a FX6300 is too powerful for the board and you will get thermal throttling.

To test this, try playing with the case open and see if this helps. Then, use zip ties to temporarily move a case fan to blow directly on the VRMs (the components between the CPU socket and the rear I/O shield) and see if that improves things further.

Other problems may exist, but let's check this one out first.

I'm playing wit the case open because I thought it might be overheating but nothing changed...
Firstly, I have been playing with this PC for almost a year now and everything went alright til these days.
Secondly, if you touch the case you can feel no heat.

It's not the case, it's the motherboard and with the overheating it has received, eventually the parts won't reach specification any more. Try a fan over the VRMs and see if it helps. If not, the problem now is elsewhere, but what I said about the motherboard still stands.

you mentioned that you have had the system for nearly a year and that you have always had W 10 on it. Were you a tester, because W10 has yet to be out for nearly a year?
