Question PC lags after BIOS update

I updated my BIOS to f14 and my windows stopped booting so i managed to change back the bios to f7h but before going back to old bios i reset my bios settings and now my pc works fine but lags on games that always ran at atleast a 100 fps. I have a 1070 gtx and 16 gb 3000 Mhz trident z ram and an Aorus Z370 Ultra Gaming motherboard. If this is a BIOS setup problem please help me set it up again I never setup bios myself

if you reset the bios, check the ram profile?

I set the mhz to the same mhz as the ram and the problem still persists
