Hello, When I initially bought my PC a year ago it had no problems until a month or two later I discovered that my pc had crashing issues and it was crashing all my games even when watching YouTube videos it would crash as well, by crashing i'm referring to the screen freezing then going black and eventually screen I get transported to desktop automatically and my games crash after that, I brought my PC in to the technicians and they told me to enable an option on my AMD radeon settings which is called ''Power efficiency'' and that reduced my crashings a lot but it would still crash on certain games, I was busy at the time so I didn't really have time to take my PC once again back and I let it till now which is months later after the incident. Currently my PC is not only facing the crashing issues but also horrible lag when playing or doing something, it would just go on about 4-5 FPS even if i tab out whilst lagging the pc will still lag so much until it eventually stops sometime. I also get a lot of notifications when crashing such as ''Application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware and many more which I can't really remember right now. I've tried everything believe me or not its been a year I know what I'm saying. from resetting the PC to totally nothing, to opening the PC up and cleaning every single detail inside. Something that I've always wondered is that it might be the monitor causing the crashing as stupid as it sounds because everytime something happens it links with the monitor somehow or it could be just some PC failures which I'm clearly not an expert at (I'm super bad with PCs)
I'll list below my specs to make it easier for anyone reading it.
AMD RX 460
AMD FX 6300 SIX CORE PROCESSOR 6 CPUs 3.50 GHz
GB RAM 8

If you've got any solutions please go on a simple mode with me since i'm not an expert at this.

Hi angelbest123...this seems like a driver issue though I could be wrong. I would try to remove the old radeon driver by using this from Guru3d 'Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 17.0.8.6' http://www.guru3d.com/files-categories/videocards-handy-utilities.html

Then re-install the new driver. Also I always find Glarysoft Utilities helps in cleaning any broken registry links and in general keeps things clean...Its free and you can download it here https://www.glarysoft.com/glary-utilities/

Failing that. I would do a complete Windows clean install....I know, I know, thats painful but when all else fails a clean windows re-install can work as you will be on the very latest version.

Hopefully some smarter people than me on the forums may have better solutions to help you.

I've tried it a couple of times in the past and just did again and that seems not to be a solution for myself, thanks for the comment.

While inspecting things inside the case I've discovered that the first plug in the first picture was not plugged in at all and I plugged it back and as you can see on the second picture I've got many cables unplugged but there is no where i can plug them and I'm not sure if that's connecting with the issues i'm facing but that could be a factor.
