[SOLVED] PC lags then restarts after playing specific game

My computer has been restarting whenever I open a specific game named maplestory. Its a pretty low graphic 2d game compared to other FPS & MOBA games I play.

It usually reboots after 30-40 mins in the game and I checked the CPU temps which are stable 42 - 51 Celsius.
But I have noticed some weird screen tearing when playing league of legends. Where the screen suddenly cuts for 1 second then back to normal.

PC Parts :
CPU : Ryzen 5 1600
MOBO : Gigabyte AB350 G3
RAM : G. Skill RipJaw V 3200 mhz 16 GB
GPU : MSI GTX 960 2GB
PSU : Corsair CX750M V2 (Silver/Black Lable)

At that probable age of game, you might want to look at memory usage.

It may not be competently releasing what it marks, and thus, leaking out on you.
