To be more specific, when I turn on the hair dryer or the bass amplifier or even a lamp, pc freezes (for ~1 sec) and it plays the sound of unpluging a device.
The mouse/keyboard/usb devices won't work for some seconds (their led is off for that time too).

I've tried different power strips (all with surge protection) but the same incident happens every time.

PC specs:
CPU: Intel i5 3350p
M/B: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H
GPU: Gigabyte GTX760
RAM: 8GB
PSU: Corsair CX600

Solution
I had a similar power issue with my Xbox One, the power supply was growling at me but after plugging it directly into the wall socket it has been fine now, super quiet. Basically your power strip is being overloaded or it is cheap and not powerful enough for your devices.

Plug your pc directly into a wall socket and see if the issue still happens when you turn on another device.

If the issue still occurs then your PSU may be going bad.
