it seems like a piece of thermal insulation tape that separate the heat-sink pipes from the circuit board, did you lose it?

This is the part on top where you put the 5nd screw , and you have to put it before/under the motherboard to be able to screw the 5nd vis.

It seems that only the 1030 G3 and G4 have that bracket, and we don't even know if they are the same (looked a little different to me).

Interesting thing is that on the next model, the 1040, they removed that piece from the motherboard design. So I think it's not a vital component, it's there for cosmetic appearance (to guide the curved pipes).

Yeah this is what i was thinking too , but then , after trying without it , you end up with 4 screws at the back , and if you flip the screen to the other side, like a tablet , it open a little bit the plate on the back.

So i think if you want it , you have to buy the entire motherboard , wich sucks a little xd

But anyway , i appreciate your expertise and help on the subject ! =) thank you
