pc launches in safe mode

Whenever I turn on my pc it turns on for a second, then restarts and says its posting in safe mode. Can someone help me fix this?

Allow it to fully boot to Safe Mode, then in the search bar, type in 'msconfig'. Check the settings there for boot options, and unselect Safe Mode if it's selected and have it start Windows normally.
