Question PC lights up and then turns off again and again

Hello guys, I have been using my PC (built by me) for over an year.. today I used it at morning, shur it down, came back evening and when tried to turn it on the lights of case, gpu, cooler turns on for 2 seconds then turns off and same thing happens forever untill I turn it off by the switch in PSU or socket.
