Question PC locks up for 15-20 seconds after booting into Windows , then it's completely fine ?

Hello

After booting into windows I can wiggle my mouse around but after a few seconds it starts to jitter/stutter around the screen then returns to normal and does that a few times before locking up completely then returning to normal after about 15 seconds of it locking up.

I tried disabling all start up applications and running a memtest, no errors and start up apps seem to have no change.

really confused as to what's going on.

CPU : 7950X3D
RAM : KINGSTON FURY RGB DDR5 5600mhz
GPU : RTX 3090
MOBO : ASUS X670E EXTREME CROSSHAIR
PSU : 1600W CORSAIR

temps are all fine.

check the event viewer of windows what´s going on while booting

to have a look what the problem could be:

check the SSDs with WD´s and Samsung´s tools, eventually update the firmware of these if available

try running the memory speed @3600MHz
could be the common boot time problem with AM5 boards

Hello!

I tried this and no luck

It's gotten a little better over time now though, sometimes when I disable all the start up applications it will be fine, but even then sometimes even with them disabled I still get a stuttery/laggy mouse for a few seconds before it returns to normal, not really sure what's going on with it.
