I'll post the info I have. I'm a newb, so bear with me...My PC locks up during sleep mode. Sometimes I'll notice the monitor is blank and the power light orange. Ill toggle the monitor switch and no change. Press reset on the PC case and the PC will perform a quick reset cycle then resume as normal. Now, I don't know if this is related, but sometimes especially after logging off and back on, or switching between users, the mouse either locks up completely or movers VERY sluggish. Both are frustrating. Any advise for resolution is appreciated.
Things I've done so far. I thought the sluggish mouse was after I updated to Win10, I reloaded Win7 - Issue persisted.
I tried several sleep mode settings in the Bios. None of these seemed to change the sleep mode lockups.
I wondered if the power supply was not sufficient, but I would think if this were the case it would show up during heavy use?
