Please Help PC keeps crashing but i can still interact with the system and make at least one google search, both ram sticks got 12 passes on memtest

I upload a video on streamablehttps://streamable.com/9pdhq6

Hey i have a new build and from the start i've had this crash where i can still use the computer and i can still use some windows commands and volume control. I can still use google to search stuff for one search. But all videos stop functioning and won't play. If i press shut down it won't shut down. No sound comes out but i can still interact with stuff.
I have turned XMP off, turned voltage slightly up from default and reseated the ram then went back to straight default
I have an rpg mouse with lots of buttons. It's programmed for media functions and windows commands for navigation. The media functions work but the windows navigation don't but they work manually on the keyboard.
I don't know what to call this a freeze or a crash.
Initially i thought this was a ram issue but both ram have 12 passes on memtest already (8 individually 4 together) View: https://imgur.com/a/NrOJrI6

And the way it's crashing it feels like my computer is running off ram alone rather than no ram. And my GPU is still outputting at 165hz. So it could be my CPU has stopped processing all processes. I checked the cables and they seem tight (SF750 is a quality psu).
Please help i really need this system for school, research and day to day stuff.

It's a peculiar crash
My system
mobo - b550i aorus
cpu - ryzen 5600x
ram - corsair vengence 32gb 3200mhz rgb (default setting) CMG32GX4M2E3200C16
gpu - gigabyte aorus 1060 6gb
psu - sf750 corsair
this website says my memory is compatible

by default , do you mean they're running as is or did you enable X.M.P or did you try manually inputting the frequency, voltage and timings in BIOS?

Speaking of BIOS if you're able to get into BIOS, see if you can remain in BIOS indefinitely. You're on BIOS version F14, you have one more BIOS version pending update at the time of writing, which is F15. See if updating to that helps alleviate the issue.

Also, where did you source your installer for the OS(Windows 10)? I noticed you have a Kingston SSD, use their SSD manager app to see if your SSD is pending any firmware updates.

So i finished the build on christmas and have had the crash ever since but i've been slowly going through the voltages at max 1.50v, i think someone maybe it was Builzoid said something like 1.5v is the absolute max.

Bu it definitely seems like it is not at all anything to do with ram, in fact i think my ram is doing well enough that it's carrying the system because during crash.

I upgraded to F15 and cleared CMOS. Unfortunately.

I have not thought of that i will get to it at the moment.

There is also another thread that suggested to use a software that tracks what has crashed.

Further update i tried using DDU to remove my graphics drivers and reinstall and it seemed to help, But like a day and a half later i still got a crash, it seemed somewhat infrequent at first but recently i can get a couple.

I also tried turning off hardware aceleration options on fire fox. But it doesn't seem to help.

It does seem less frequent than before but it's not like the crash only happens once a week, i can still expect multiple crashes in a day or at least one if i used it long enough,

Later usage of "Whocrashed" software piked up a crash related to Logitech HUB so i tried uninstalling and installing that too with administration but it didn't seem to help. So i now removed it completely and started using the older LGS software.

I now also yet again update the my B550i bios. I also downloaded drivers from the Aorus website, i either update the driver or re-installed them.

If this doesn't go well i will have to reinstall Windows 10.

It feels fixed. I think it was the logitech G Hub software.
