It all depends on what sacrifices you're willing to make. Some people will demand the highest quality and frame rate whilst others will settle for a lower quality and frame rate.
The 7650K is low-mid level when it comes to gaming. It's also an APU, meaning that the CPU and GPU are integrated. Intel do this in the form of HD Graphics, but the graphics processor in an APU is given greater consideration, making them ideal for small form factor gaming PCs. The Xbox One and PS4 use APUs, albeit not ones that you find in PCs.
An APU also doesn't have any on-board RAM so it uses system RAM instead. As a result, system RAM needs to be plentiful and fast; 16GB at 2133Mhz is a good starting point.
