Question PC looping during restart

First post here, looking for some help before I drop my PC off to my "guy" so he can fix it at a cost

PC was running per norm today and decided to restart itself (while the wife was looking thru pictures from a new usb-c SD card reader).

First time getting the "blue screen of death"
It gave a MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION code and restarted itself and is in loop since.

Only new thing downloaded was a game off steam (MW2)

I've tried a few things via bios (i.e. Loaded optimized defaults) and currently sitting in Memtest86. I have no idea what's wrong.

Some Specs:

Asus z590 e-gaming
i7 11700K
Tuf gaming 3080ti
3 x Corsair 16g RAM
Corsair RM850X psu
9 x corsair ql120 fans
3 x NXZT fans
NZXT z73 cpu cooler (push pull system)

Any help is appreciated

tried unplugging card reader since it was the last thing you added?

Machine Check Exception can be a hardware error.

how long you had 3 x 16gb ram sticks?

could run this but it will take 17 hours or so. Tests CPU, RAM & PSU
