PC lost wifi, but other devices can connect just fine

Lost wifi connectivity. I have a 2009 HP TouchSmart using Windows 10 on Verizon Fios. I don't know if the problem is the computer, Fios, or Windows 10.

Start with the basics. Is your Access point working correctly? try connecting to it from your phones wifi or another device. Is the wifi adapter working correctly? What's changed since? Did you install some windows updates since? maybe knock the adapter or change routers settings?
