Spec:
CPU: amd ryzen 2700x
MB: aorus gaming 7 wifi rev 1.0
VGA: aorus 1080
RAM: corsair dominator platinum 16x2
STORAGE: 1. Ssd sata samsung evo 860 256GB for OS
2. HDD seagate baracudda 3tb for basic file
3. New Ssd nvme m.2 WD blue SN580 1tb pcie 4.0 planning for software installed storage
OS: Windows 10 pro
PSU: Seasonic focus gold fx650w age 8 years
Bios version: F31

I got a bootloop after installing my new nvme m.2 ssd I know it because I previously tried to fix it by remove new ssd and pc start normal. I thought this happened because I installed the m.2 SSD incorrectly in the second slot, not the main one(pcie gen 3.0, then I moved it to the main slot and the result was the same, I still got bootloop. Please note that all my components are normal except for the new m.2 SSD But before that I managed to enter Windows and tried to set disk management for my new SSD but the computer restarted and went into bootloop again. I thought the SSD was normal so I tried moving it to the main M.2 slot.

my question
1. how do I exiting this bootloop? I tried pressing the power button but there was no reaction Previously I experienced the same thing but I left it and it worked and there was a display and I could turn it off via the power button I'm afraid this one will take a long time and can't wait because I installed it in the main M.2 slot which could interfere with my boot SSD(i have read guy in forum say other drive could interfere storage with bootloop legacy set)
2. Why does this new NVME M.2 SSD make my PC bootloop on the main board and can't even enter the BIOS and there is no display at all Is there anything to do with legacy bootloop ? Is my new SSD bad but previously I could enter windows but not long is restarted bootlooped again

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Is this your motherboard;
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/X470-AORUS-GAMING-7-WIFI-rev-10#kf
? If so, can you verify the PCB revision?

3. New Ssd nvme m.2 WD blue 1tb pcie 4.0 planning for software installed storage
WD is the brand of the drive while 1TB is the capacity, can you share it's model?

You forgot to mention the make, model and age of your PSU for your build. Remove the newly added SSD to boot to OS GUI then please check to see what BIOS version you're on at this moment of time.
