PC will randomly start "revving" up loudly, crashes, and I lose display.
I previously thought the issue was my CPU overheating. This is the thread where I originally brought it up.
I bought a new CPU cooler since the old one was pretty bad, and I haven't had trouble for a couple of months after installing it, up until the other day.

And for reference, this is what it sounds like normally.
I'm at a loss here. Does anybody have a clue what's going on?
Specs:
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
Motherboard: ASRock B450M
CPU Cooler: Thermalright Assasin X 120
