Question PC makes loud grinding noise

I think the problem is my HDD, I'm not sure though.

What is full system specs including make and model of PSU?

Can't really make the sound out but sounds like a wobbly fan rather than a grinding drive.

You didn't actually provide important info like: Does the system detect the drive? Does it show up in OS?

If drive works download HD Sentinel and check its SMART health status.

Ah, My specs are:
CPU: Intel Xeon e3 1240 V2
GPU: GTX 1050 LP
Motherboard: HP 1791
Memory: 16GB DDR3 RAM

My PSU is a standard SFF HP 320W Power Supply.
My Hard Drive works perfectly fine, and test said it was perfect.
My CPU fan looks like a air conditioner... Don't know what else to say about that.
