My PC has started making a buzzing noise when I play CS:GO? It's fine for any other game and Valve games? Also, the frequency of the sound changes when I move my mouse around? I unplugged my mouse too but it still makes the sound?

I dont understand though, when I close the game it goes away which makes me think it's some sort of internal problem? It basically just appeared overnight?

If it is coil whine, then no, its not a problem. This will not harm anything, just annoys with the sound. Every component have coil whine, but usually a lot quieter. On most hardware you will not hear it. But sometimes if you are unlucky by a specific combination of hardware or bad quality work, then you will hear coil whine when playing at high fps. Some are really unluck and have it at low fps too. If you can live with it, then you have nit worry anything. Its safe.

The question is, is it coil whine or something else? And how annoying is it to you?

I'm having the same issue with my Gigabyte 970 G1, it only seems to happen in CS GO when playing around 300fps which is normal for my kind of card. What have you done about it?
