Question Pc makes sounds & restarts or sometimes Black screen shows up after the sound.

I recently built my new pc and while playing DMC 5 & assassin's Creed unity it suddenly starts Making noises then restarts itself and for the last 2 days my PC faces this problem even quicker than before. But everything runs perfectly when I'm using an emulator. Anyone know how to fix this or what's causing this?

What kind of sounds are they? Is it possible for you to record them?
