Pc makes unlimited short beeps on startup

It doesnt boot.i removed gpu so i have intel graphics.removed memory the same.removed hardrive still the same. I have gigabyte h81m ds2 rev 2.1 with ami bios.i even removed the bios battery.only cpu remains and psu.i have insurance for all componets.what you suggest?xfx 550 ts.8gb ram kingston..and i5 4460

There should be a noticeable pause between the different sets of beeps.
